Q863:  The VA just rated me 90% service-connected with total & permanent and with unemployability rating.  Does that mean the VA will never reevaluate me again and I remain total & permanent forever? 

A1:  When you turn T & P the VA will put your disability claim file in an archive unit and never bother you again.  No more re-evaluations.  Unless, your claim is fraudulent you are home free.  (BE)  7/12/22
