Q858:  I am at 100% TDIU all disabilities static should I worry about revaluation? Plus I have educational benefits for my spouse though we will never use them. Prior to TDIU I was 100% T&P.

A1:  The short answer is, no, you do not have to worry. When you have static ratings or TDIU, which is P&T, the VA will not mess with you unless you mess with them. If you don't file a claim for something after you are P&T, you won't be bothered. We always have the veteran sign a statement if they are P&T and wanting to file a claim for something else stating that they understand that the VA can do one of three things once they file the claim. They can be increased, left the same, or reduced based off the results of the C&P exam or based on something the VA finds in the records they missed the first time.  (DS)  4/19/22
