A1: I am not sure what you are asking. Was he approved for a disability related to the Nehmer Blue Water Navy agent orange claim? Was he never notified that a Nehmer review was being completed related to the Blue Water Navy agent orange claims. It is important to keep your address updated with Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA). Some of the veterans think that if they change their address with Veterans Health Administration, then it should be changed everywhere. VBA and VHA have different databases. Changing an address in VHA does not update it in VBA. Veterans need to updated their addresses both with VBA and VHA to insure they do not miss any important correspondence. (DS) 4/19/22
