Your generous gift will go directly to helping veterans and dependents. We simply cannot continue without your help for our community of veterans and dependents who count on us for our Veteran Pantry. Your support will make a lasting impact.
A1: Once you attain a rating of 30% or higher, you can add your dependents by completing a VA Form 21-686c and submitting it to the Evidence intake center. If your back is service connected already, complete a VA Form 21-526ez and submit it to the evidence intake center. The best way would be to seek the counsel of an accredited Veteran Service Officer. If you are not service connected, you have to meet the rule of three to get service connected: in-service occurrence, current diagnosis, and a link between your in-service occurrence and your current diagnosis.
