Q844:  Are anyone having problems processing a claim with the VA insurance when filing a VA Form 29-4125?  Recently I filed one and was unable to submit info via website or fax and it was impossible to talk and understand the person in the line. They really need to overhaul these Customer Service when people need them the most.  Government Life Insurance take action immediate. Thanks.
