A1:  I am not aware of any programs that the VA has to care for your disabled son. They can pay you for your child as a "helpless child" past the age of 18. If you haven't yet, submit a VA Form 21-686c w/ documentation showing that your son was disabled prior to the age of 18. Many states can help with providing some care for helpless children. A2:  From my 16 years as doing VSO and having been accredited for the 13 years as for dependents other than the Spouse I have not seen or found anything for other dependents.  (GR)  12/29/21
