A1:  Due to COVID backlogs it ususally takes 6-8 months.  (BW)  11/12/21

A3:  Let me look into my crystal ball....If I could answer this question, I would go play the lottery. Joking aside, there is no set schedule. Some hearing offices say it will take approximately six weeks to receive a decision; some judges tell claimants they try to have the decision out in 30 days. The real answer is that the Board reviews cases in the order they're received. The judge will begin work on your appeal when it's among the oldest appeals ready for their review.  (DS)  11/17/21
