A1:  The short answer is, there may be. If you serviced in the Gulf War, when the anthrax shot was given, you may have some disabilities related to the undiagnosed Gulf War syndrome, or the presumptive disabilities. If you disability is not one of those, you will need to meet the rule of three: in service occurrence, current diagnosis, and a nexus, or link, between your current diagnosis and the in service occurrence. You may be in for a long fight. Medical evidence is key.  (DS)  9/29/21
