A1:  Unfortunately, esophageal cancer is not on the list of presumptive diseases related to AO exposure.  Only respiratory cancers (includes lung cancer) which are cancers of the lung, larynx, trachea, and bronchus. I would certainly encourage filing for service connection. If esophageal cancer is added at a later date, as the three new conditions, bladder cancer, hypothyroidism, and Parkinson's like tremors, have, then the VA may be able to go back to the earliest date you filed for the esophageal cancer.  (DS)  6/28/21
