A1:  All vets w/hearing loss are eligible for free hearing aids. Contact your local VAMC. You should be able to get the patient rep to help you get started. You will need to show them your dd-214.  (RH)  6/18/21

      

A2:  Go to the local VA hospital Audiology Clinic get an appointment for a hearing test, they will fit you for hearing aids free of charge. Take your DD Form 214 as proof as a Veteran.  (GR)  6/18/21

   

A3:  What you will need to do is to get enrolled in VA's healthcare. If you are eligible to be enrolled, you will be scheduled an appointment with your provider. If you tell the you are having hearing problems they will refer you to audiology and if audiology determines hearing aides are needed, they you will get them.  (DS)  6/18/21
