A1:  It would be in your best interest to visit your local VAMC and head to the Release of Information Department and request a copy of the exam.  You can get the fax number and send over a simple cover sheet requesting a copy of the exam too.  Before faxing it would be in your best interest to get a contact person in the release department and fax your request to that person directly.  Good luck.  (BF)  6/9/21

A2:  Go to the nearest va hospital and go to release of information office. Request for a copy of your C&P exam.  (RN)  6/9/21

A3:  Most VSOs are not able to print from VBMS. If the VSO is unavailable to read your C&P exam, you can either write a 21-4138 and submit to Janesville, WI asking for a copy of the C&P exam done on a certain date. You can also call the 899# and ask but most times you won't get what you ask for. Writing has the best results.  (DS)  6/9/21

A4:   If you know the date of the exam you should be able to go to the Release of Information Office at your local VA Hospital and get a copy of it.  As VSO we do not have authorization to that information.  (GR)  6/9/21
