A1:   Since I don't have a crystal ball I can't really say.  However, if you really want to check if you're eligible for VA health care go to this website and find out.

If you think you're eligible then go to this website and enroll.

I'd recommend NOT asking others - empower yourself and do the work yourself.  If you have questions please feel free to contact me and we can discuss further.  Good Luck.  (TB)  5/25/21

A2:  You certainly might be eligible. VA determines eligibility on if you are service connected (SC) @ 10% or more. If you are then you can be enrolled. If not, they determine eligibility on the previous years gross household income minus unreimbursed medical expenses. You can find the means test applicable to you here.   There are some other conditions that will get you enrolled regardless of your income such as service in Vietnam.  You can file online or complete a VA Form 10-10ez and submit it, along with a copy of your DD-214, to the eligibility folks at your local VA Medical Center.  (DS)  5/25/21

A3:  All you need to do is go to the nearest VA hospital. Once there tell them who you are and what you want to know about getting care. You will need your DD214 for proof. Once you sign up they will set you up for introduction and will give you a lot of information. Is easy as pie.  (RI)  5/25/21

A4:  Contact an Accredited VSO with the VFW, Am Vets, Am Legion or another Veterans Service Organization that has an Accredited VSO. Take a copy of your DD-214 (Discharge) and he/she can assist you. You may have a claim that can award compensation. Also, you may be eligible under the ACA.  (GH)  5/25/21

A5:  Contact your local Veteran Service Officer.  (TP)  5/25/21
