A1:  Please contact a Veteran Service Office to get details of what you may or may not be eligible for.  If you are in a low financial situation, you may qualify for non-service connected pension.  (RJ)  5/19/21

        

A2:  In your question you say you are a WW2 disabled veteran, which means to me your are drawing a disability payment from the VA. There are a. Couple of ways, file for an increase if you are not 100%, you could also file for aid and Attendance which would add a few more dollars to your income.  (GR)  5/19/21
