A1:  Many Veterans Service Organizations (American Legion, VFW, AMVETS, etc) have Child Welfare and/or Education Foundations that offer scholarships to children of veterans. Also, in California, children of veterans qualify for tuition and fee waivers at California Community College, California State University and University of California systems. See your County Veterans Service Officer for details.  (DJ)  4/27/21
