Q693: I am rated 100% and my wife qualifies for VHAMPVA, every time I get billing information from our medical plan and submit it to the CHAMPVA office I receive letters stating it’s been denied or not enough information. I am not sure if I’m doing something wrong and I don’t know who to contact so I may be able to talk to someone. I am at my wits end and need help and advice.

A1: My wife's bills go to Medicare first then they send it to CHAMPVA we've not had to pay anything, so far. If you haven't called them here's their number, they've been very easy to work with, for us anyway.
