A1:  Log into Va.gov create an account if you don't have one already. or log onto Ebenefits (google). from there you can do pretty much anything from checking your disability rating and %. for banking information and to change it please log on to MYPAY and change your banking information there... DFAS pays out both Retirement pay and VA disability claims.  (LW)  1/28/21

A2:   If you have a VA representative, he/she can check for you on their computer. If not, you can call the 800-827-1000. This is the VA's national phone number.  Once they verify it is you calling, they will tell you what you need to know.  The VA also just established a new national number to call, 800-MyVA411 (800-698-2411. You can call them with any VA question you might have and they will connect you with the correct VA dept to handle your question.  If you don't already have an ebenefits account, I might suggest you get one.  You can do many VA matters yourself right through you ebenefits account. https://www.ebenefits.va.gov/ebenefits/homepage.  As far as direct deposit, VA just eliminated the direct deposit form. You now have to call the 800 # or send them a 21-4138 with your direct deposit information on it.  (DS)  1/28/21
