A1: Your wife may be compensated under the Caregiver Support Program. Go to https://www.caregiver.va.gov/ and the program is explained. If the veteran meets the qualifying time periods and is severely disabled due to service connected disabilities, then you may qualify. VA Form 10-10C is the application form. (DS) 1/20/21
A2: Yes. She needs to file under the new caregivers program. (TB) 1/20/21
A3: You need to apply for Aid and Attendance and depending on how high you disability rating is. That what you will receive for A&A. (GR) 1/20/21
A4: You need to apply for Aid & Assitance now. (DW) 1/20/21
