A1:  You need to fill out the ChampVA form and fax it to Denver, Colorado after you get married.  (GR)  12/23/20

      

A2:  Well, the answer to your question is, as soon as you are legally married you can complete the VA Form 21-686c listing yours and your new spouse's complete marital history.  Once she is added as your dependent you can complete the VA Form 10-10D ChampVA Form and the VA Form 10-7959C and fax it to the numbers at the top of each form along with the supporting documentation.
