Q606: I have been treated for csoinal, stenosis, herniated discs, and incontinence. I had bladder and prostate cancer. Can I file claims or reopen claims?

A1: For prostate cancer and bladder cancer can be service connected if you served in Vietnam conflict. Incontinence would be secondary to either one as well as erectile dysfunction would be secondary to prostate cancer. (GR) 12/11/20
A2: Depends. Not enough info here to provide meaningful advice. However -- If you're a Vietnam vet, you should be eligible for a claim under the presumptive conditions clauses (bladder and prostate cancer).
