Q588:  I live in Israel and I am receiving 100% disability. I don't receive assistance from the V.A. I am in need of more help financially. Can I receive assistance from the V.A? If so, how?

Use Form Below To Respond

A1:  Look into the Foreign Medical Program FMP, you pay for your serviced connected treatment up front then file a claim for re-embursment. You can also use your Tricare plan to help pay for non-service connected treatment. This is assuming your retired or have a plan with Tricare. VA service connected injuries can be supplemented via FMP. I have used both in Thailand for years.  (TM)  11/30/20

   

A2:  Being rated at 100% you are receiving finically assistance from the VA. Are you old enough to receive Social Security that would add to your income. I am not familiar with VA out of Country benefits.  (GR)  12/1/20
