Q585:  I'm 80% disabled, with 20% unemployable due to service connected disabilities. Also I'm totally and permanently disabled. My 80% disabilities are getting worse can I get 100% without the unemployable 20%?

A1:  If you're present rated disabilities have gotten worse since first rated, YES - but YOU need to take action - no one else can do it. All you need to do is sign in to your va.gov account (which you should have) and file a claim; reopening all rated disabilities AND adding any new disabilities you believe should be rated. Good Luck.  (TB)  11/25/20

A2:  Just request an increase in your other disabilities by stating that they've gotten worse. Since they are already SC, they'll order new C&P's. You can also request A&A or housebound. The pay for 100% or TDIU is the same.  (RH)  11/25/20

A3:  To really give you good advice to get upgraded from 80% with 20% iU, I would need to know what your 80% disabilities are in order to file a claim for upgrade to 100% permanent and total disability.  (GR)  11/25/20
