A1:  Yes, you can appeal as many times as you want. But sometimes it is best to ask for help? The DAV was thereafter over 35 years of appeals, a little more each time, with documentation.  (THJ)  11/22/20

A2:  You can always apply for any additional issues that may be considered service connected, and you can also apply for an increase on any of your rated conditions if they are getting worse.  (KS)  11/22/20

A3:  You should be getting paid at the %100 level. If it is taken, you have that other cause to keep it where it is but I doubt it will be taken away.  (EA)  11/22/20

A4:  I am a US Navy Vet that did 2 Tours in Vietnam. I submitted the TDIU Claim once my rating was at 70. I am now at a VA Rating of 90 and paid at 100. You can request the Military ID now once you submit the paperwork. You will find that your current rating gives you all VA Benefits of a VA Rating of 100. No further action is necessary. Just make certain that your paperwork indicates that your rating is now listed as Total & Permanent.  (SO)  11/22/20

A5:  Yes, you can file a claim on 21-536ez for the diseases you may have under agent orange to get to 100% with permanent and total disability for state benefits.  (GR)  11/22/20

A6:   If you are 80% and being paid at the 100% rate, you are not going to gain a financial advantage by being 100% schedular. You will be paid the same amount.  (RJ)  11/23/20
