Q576:  I had a blood clot in 1991 and had brain surgery.  I think it was due to agent orange.  I had insurance then so did not go to the VA.  Now l go to the VA for my medical matters. Can I claim the blood clot as a disability claim?

A1:  To my knowledge blood clots for the brain is not covered under agent this time. You should file a claim so that data can be collected and maybe that could be added later.  (GR)  11/20/20
