A1: Contact an Accredited Veterans Service Officer from the VFW, Am Legion, Am Vets, DAV or other Veterans Service Organization and they will be able to assist you. They will assist and explain how to complete the VA Form 10-10CG for care givers, the Aid and Attendance request and using the VA primary Doctor, HISA and the VA Social Worker to assist with care for the Veteran.
