A2:  Generally, Yes! If you served 160 consecutive days, and Honorably discharged.  (JB)  10/17/20

A4:  You sure are entitled, try ebenefits.va.gov or va.gov, print out a form and mail it in, or look up your local V.A. out patient clinic, and send the form to them they will call you for a quick seminar and you will be enrolled.  (JA)  10/20/20
