A3: Yes, just get your primary doctor at the VA to set up an appointment with the hearing specialist ad they can order some for you, I am on my second pair right now and they paid for them. (AB) 10/9/20
A4: Yes if the widow is also a vet otherwise no. (TM) 10/9/20
A5: Only if she is a veteran herself. Widows are not seen by the VA healthcare system. (GH) 10/10/20
