Q506: The VA has denied me for years. I think it is time for me to hire a lawyer to help with my case. Does anyone know how effective lawyers are in winning VA disability claims?

A2: I went thru yrs of denial too....till I hired Woods & Woods in 2017,, am now 100% P&T.......Go on line / Yahoo....Woods & Woods/ veterans attorneys....or CC&k / veterans attorneys...their fees are only 20% and you only pay if you win!!!!!! REP / Semper Fi! Go TRUMP 2020!! (RP) 8/25/20
A3: Don't know about lawyers but you will lose some of the compensation you worked very hard for. Keep going back to the veterans commission. Never give up. You will always be denied one or two times. You earned it. They are not giving you anything. Go!!! (EA) 8/25/20
A4: Get yourself a good VSO, do you want the whole apple or 2/3 of the apple. I have had two claims that I have worked on, one was w0 years got $289,000 back pay another I worked on For 7 years and for $239,000, and didn't owe anyone a penny out of it. (GR) 8/25/20
A5: Go to the VA Insiders. Brian Reese and his crew are amazing. They are all disabled vets. There fee is calculated based on your increase. If you are at 60% and awarded 90% with there help you pay 50% of the the increase for 12 months. You are still getting money you didn't receive before. It's a win win to work with these guys. A7: I use Woods & Woods (800) 544-2108 I went from 50% up to 90% They are now working to get me Unemployability Which will be 100% Give them a call. (TH) 8/25/20

A9: The best is to have a private psychologist doctor to say you are bad enough for 100%. A private psychologist doctor out weighs more than a VA doctor. (RD) 8/28/20
A10: Let's be honest. No lawyer, regardless of skill or reputation can produce a positive result if there is no evidence to justify the claim.
