Q91: What can I do if my military medical records are lost and neither NPRC or Veterans Affairs can locate them due to base closings?
If you have a question about benefits, compensation, pension or VA related issues please submit here.
A1: I am told your best answer is to submit a FOIA request (freedom of information act), so Google it. You can do this on your own, and that is how my Vietnam buddy finally got what he needed. After that, my opinion is use a VA qualified attorney and press your Congressman. (GW) 12/16/18
A2: What does "Closed Military" mean? All military records are in St. Louis MO. (CS) 11/29/20
