A2:  I dont know about that, but if your age 65 or over you can apply for the age 65 War Pension and if you were in a war zone you will get it and get it fast.  (JA)  1/3/20

   

A3:  One would need to search the veterans' STR's and other records for indications of TBI. If there IS evidence, at least a claim should be filed in/on the veterans behalf. There are other causes - especially those that are results of Agent Orange exposure. Best to file that claim ASAP. God bless.  (GP)  1/3/20
