A1:  Starting Jan 1 2020 all disabled veterans can go on base and use MWR facilities providing their VA card states service connected.  (RR)  11/13/19

      

A2:  Jan 1, 2020, we will have access to certain certain facilities, including base exchange and commissary.  This is still a work in progress and no mention if our access ID is only a VA card and driver's license. Be aware that "us", will have a surcharge added if you use a debit or charge card for purchase. A3:  You will be able to, starting in January of 2020. At that time, bring your VA medical card, or any VA I.D. card. Also use debit card for purchases, as credit cards will be charged an additional 3%.  (BS)  11/13/19
