Q273: Survived prostate and thyroid cancer. Original claim for "Blue Water" Agent Orange exposure was denied in 2009, but VA did verify service on both NGFS destroyers in Vietnam waters. Resubmitted claim in August 2019. Will compensation be retroactive to 2009 in January 2020?
