Q268: In 2017, I went through the VR&E Independent Living Program (ILP) and I was interviewed and told that I would be contacted when the program would start and if I would be receiving a Laptop for this Program. Well here we are in 2019 and no one has contacted me at time since. Where’s my laptop?
