Q262: The dental work I need is very expensive since insurance doesn't cover much of it. I'm looking for some sort of dental or financial aid to help offset the costs. Does any know what dental company can help me?
If you have a question about benefits, compensation, pension or VA related issues please submit here.

A2: I do not know where you live but I receive dental care through the VA at University Dental, Worcester, MA. Hope this helps you! (SA) 10/10/19
A3: The VA has Detla Dental or Metlife. (RM) 10/10/19
A4: I know that Delta Dental offers lower costs to Disabled Vets with less than 100% VA disability rating. (BO) 10/10/19
A5: I've been going to a dentist in Juarez Mexico. He studied in the US. He picks you up in El Paso and drops you off when you're done. He's good and the prices are way lower than here in El Paso where I live. There is a nice modern hotel across the street from his office. Nucleo dental is the name of his modern office . I wouldn't post this if I had a bad experience with Dr Moran. I've met people in his office from Canada and California. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I promise you, I'm not being paid to send him business. Lol. I've had transplants a root canal and plan to return for more work. (DD) 10/10/19
A6: Depending on the percentage of your rating you may be able to use the VA dental so contact them to see. I hope that you are eligible for it for then would be no cost to you whether you have or do not have dental coverage outside. Other than that not sure of any. (JM) 10/10/19
A7: Met Life is my Veterans Dental Insurance and they have been pretty good on coverage for me and my wife. My family dentist says here in this part of the country, it pays better than most? Payments for claims have been timely too. Hope they can help you. The Group coverage is under the Department of Veterans Affairs. (TD) 10/10/19
A8: I believe you can get insurance from MetLife which I have seen in the VFW magazine. (MW) 10/10/19
