Q258: Considering mostly all military bases were built using asbestos material, it would be assumed most all military personnel have been exposed to asbestos in some way. Some got sick from asbestos, and some did not. So why does the VA not award compensation for asbestos exposure to the lungs and diseases that come from being exposed to asbestos? I’ve been fighting the VA for years trying to get compensation for my pleurisy.
