A1: Lookup the AAFEES website for a complete list of all installations that have a PX/BX. Just a reminder this does not entitle veterans to Clothing and Sales or the Post Fitness Center's. (PG) 9/24/19
A2: On 1 January 2020 or possibly earlier in some places any disabled veteran who has a service connected health issue will be able to go on military bases to shop and use MWR facilities. One cannot shop at military clothing stores but can use fitness centers. If a disabled veteran wants to use a credit card in the commissary a charge will be made to do that so use cash. (JD) 9/29/19
