Q234:  I left the Army in 2001 and I tried working but I kept having problems with my stomach and so I went the VA and had a lot of tests done.  They said that I had PTSD, sleep apnea and then I went to the emergency room in the army hospital, and they said that I had dyverticulitus and they did several surgeries and finally sent me to the mayo clinic In Arizona in 2018.  I filed for these benefits about 3 or 4 years ago and I was refused because they said there was no service medical records from the date when I was in the first gulf war.  What does that mean?  Is it because I didn't go to sick call?
