Q232:  I was diagnosed 100% PTSD since 1996, T&P.  Before that date I was suffering and diagnosed a degenerative joint disease, 60% but NSC.  I been diagnosed for anxiety and depression secondary to PTSD.  My degenerative joint disease is getting worst year by year, affecting almost all my body joints at the point that today l have bilateral knee joint replacements and right shoulder joint replacement.  Suffering chronic pain for more than 20 years, causing gait limitations and needing other person help to do my daily things.  Although suffering from migraines, tinnitus, reflux, hiatal hernia, pheripheral neuropathy, vein insufficiency, ED, hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, upper angle glaucoma, aorta atherosclerosis, among other uncounted health conditions.  Due to a Court decision since 1995, will any NSC condition that is aggravated by a SC (PTSD, anxiety, depression) be considered SC for rating purposes? That’s my case.  I requested a claim for SC for aggravation for those conditions and for A/A due to needing of another person to help me in my daily needs.  I’m receiving treatment for all that conditions from VA, including all medications needed to treat them.  I’m just waiting for the RO decision due to a NOD, after VA denied my claim.  Sent more evidence including a Nexus statement from my private doctor.  Hope the RO to make a decision in my favor.  Two years waiting since the claim was established.  Thank you for your answer.
