Q229: Why would a C&P examiner state that I don't qualify for PTSD because I don't meet Criteria A? I am a Gulf War veteran who went through at least 3, possibly 4 Scud Attacks. One close enough that when the patriot missile engaged a loud explosion occurred and I witnessed a large fireball fall from the sky within close proximity of where I was at the time.
