Use Form Below To Respond

A1:  Go see the vnc in your county.  (SD)  12/28/18

A2:   It would be in your best interest to see your local VSO to assist you with documents you need to submit for your claim. Processing through a VSO ensures you the claim is being submitted properly.  (RC)  12/28/18

A3:  File s NOD if the ruling was within the last year. Otherwise file for an increase which would include your vestibules problem. Get yourself a VSO from the DAV to help you with the paperwork.  (MM)  12/28/18

A4:  Do NOT Appeal! Submit NEW Evidence. On an appeal you'll have to wait 3, 4, or more years, and even then, more than likely it will be denied. So you have wasted 3, 4 or MORE years. In the meantime, you could have submitted NEW evidence and you would have had an answer within say 90 days or so. If denied, again submit more NEW Evidence and go again.  On your appeal you only have that one chance in 3, 4, or so years. Submitting New evidence you can have 5, 6 or more chances in ONE year. Or as many as you can submit....SAME CLAIM JUST NEW EVIDENCE.  Take Care, Brother
