A1: I was told to file it secondary to PTSD. You may not get much for it though. (RG) 12/17/18
A2: VA does not pay for Agent Orange itself but only for the 14 Presumptive Diseases caused by Agent Orange. Think about it this way, Agent Orange being an "Umbrella" and 14 Presumptive Diseases under that umbrella. Those 14 diseases according to VA are directly tied to Agent Orange. VA will pay if you have the Evidence for anyone of those 14. But you can NOT put in a claim just strictly for Agent Orange....No such animal. Good Luck, Brother! (RA) 12/18/18
A3: Unfortunately, it is not secondary to either of them. In most instances, you can file it secondary to diabetes or ESRD. You can also file it as a primary issue. (AP) 12/18/18
