Q219:  What does the term mean Veterans and Spouse mean on the compensation chart?

A1:  That is not on the compensation chart. What it says is veteran with spouse. That means that the VA will pay you compensation for your condition(s) and also for your spouse.  (AP)  12/11/18

    

A2:  The Veteran is the one that filed the claim and the "Spouse" would be the Wife OR Husband of the one that filed the claim. In simpler terms, "Spouse" is your "other half".  Good Luck, Brother!  (RA)  12/11/18

     

A3:  Veteran and Spouse Only, that means the stated amount you receive at married level.  What if is was :> Veteran, and Spouse and one child. The amount goes up.  (CS)  1/1/19
