A1:  Don't bother - it's pretty much a dead program and not worth the hassle. If you're looking for services on the community, contact your patient advocate at your VAMC to discuss the PC3 (Patient Centered Care - Community) program. (Yes, it used to be the Fee Based Program and Non-VA Heathcare Program and yes, we're back to that again.)   (TB)  12/4/18
