Q1:  I am classified as 10% disabled and am unable to find a complete listing of benefits that I am entitled to. Is there a publication that I could receive that would explain in detail those benefits?

A1:  The ratings from 10% thru 100% all have different benefits. 
Lookup va ratings and what the benefits are for each ratings 10%
you only get prescriptions for that rating and as you increase your ratings you get more benefits.  (LM)  2/10/18

    

A2:   If you have a 10% rating, you can go to a Regional Office and they can tell you what you are classified as.  (LB)  2/10/18
