A1:  If you have an eBenefits account you can watch the claim move through the process. You can also contact the VA at 1-800-827-1000 and ask for a status update.  (LC)  10/25/18

    

A2:   Sign up on your computer for https://www.ebenefits.va.gov. Once you sign up with the required information you will be able to have access to your claim. You can file a new claim, add information to a pending claim, check your disabilities and even connect it with myHealthevet. It's very informative and available 24 hours a day. You can just sign in and check the status of any pending claims, appeals and NIODS. I've done all my husbands claims through this website. It's safe , secure and helpful.  (MAC)  10/25/18
