Use Form Below To Respond

A1:   Contact the DAV.  (CO)  10/9/18

A2:  I battled the VA since 1985 up until I finally got an attorney and things suddenly progressed and I am now at 100%. It took my attorney about 3 years to get me from 10% to 100% with back pain as a service-connected disabled veteran.  (DC)  10/9/18

A3:   if your claim is still in the appeals tab since 2001 then you need to look in to the ramp program or file for a hard ship to expedite your claim or reach out to your vso or representative.  (AJ)  10/9/18

A4:  First, do not let your claim lapse, Appeal any denials, as backpay, if you can win, will go back to the beginning of your claim. I would suggest contacting your Representative in Congress, They have access to almost anyone in government to get things rolling.  (JB)  12/25/19
