The Creating Options for Veterans’ Expedited Recovery (COVER) Commission wants to hear about experiences from veterans, and learn what services veterans think would improve mental health care in the future at VA facilities.
The commission seeks to consider a broad scope of perspectives. With that in mind, COVER is looking for veterans who have received mental health services at VA facilities, regardless of their age, gender, race, or combat status. If you are a veteran who has received mental health care and you live in one of the places listed below, COVER would like to hear from you.

In the not too distant past, veterans were told not to carry their DD Form 214 in their pockets or wallets. Doing so would eventually ruin the DD Form 214 rendering it tattered, dirty, and unreadable. Well, that’s no longer true! USVCP has introduced an industry first. Making use of the newest card printer technology, USVCP makes it possible for you to carry your DD Form 214 in your wallet, pocket, or any place you want without fear of your DD Form 21 being ruined from repeated use.
