The Veterans' Upward Bound Program is offering free statewide classes that prepare veterans for college and other post secondary training. If you are a military veteran, we can assist you in achieving your educational goals. Veterans' Upward Bound is offering free classes in math, algebra, grammar, writing, computers, college survival and Spanish.
